About the Event
Friday nights just got way more fun! Join our in-studio collaboration with pilates teacher Michelle Payne for this disco inferno workout. Have lots of fun boogying & sweating your evening away with a full-body workout. You’ll create long, lean muscle and burn fat, to a set of pumping good tunes. This class is for all ages and all levels of ability who are ready for a good party!
The in-studio temperature for this class is around 35c.
